JB Seed 2009- New Categories just announced!
The JB Seed offers Australian musicians the funding and skills they need to become self-sustained. In 4 years they gave over $400, 000 to incredibly talented, motivated and original artists in need of financial support.
Now in it's 5th year, and after some revamping, the Jb Seed is proud
to announce the addition of two new categories:
The Jump grant, a flexible resource aiming to assist artists in increasing thier income potential or develop as artistic professionals.
And Art for the public, funding visual artists to create publically accessable and culturally significant artworks in any medium.
One lucky band / successful applicant will also have the chance to score themselves a spot at the Falls Festival (Lorne and Marion Bay) and Southbound, Western Australia, following in the footsteps of The John Steel Singers.
You can apply online via SonicBids until April 27th.
